Achieving the Millenium Development Goals:my impact

MDGs-Millenium Development Goals was set up to target some area of Human Development .

The goals are:

1. To Eradicate estreeme poverty and Hunger

2. To Achieve Universal Primary education

3 To Promote Gender Equality And Empower Women

4 To Reduce Child Mortality

5. To Improve Maternal Health

6 To Combat HIV/AIDS,Malaria and other Diseases

7 To Ensure Environmental Sustainability

8. To Develop a Global Partnership for Development.

The above goals centred on ensuring a standard of Living of the citizens.

After our Orientation Camp, I quickly Draw out the following plans.

. To identify youth gathering Centre for awareness Creation and affecting there lives

. To Identify local Market

. To Establish MDGs Club in Schools

. To affect the community that Host me positively

At the moment,I have achieve 97% of my plans.In the next two week,i will be doing my final project along with my colleages in the group.

MY VISION

I have a vision of making unemployment of graduates a thing of the past through self discovery and human development.I have leant alot of lession from the mistake of other people which i will not want any other youths or graduates to fall victim.

To solve the issue of unemployment,think on what you can do to affect lives in our community.You can start a value re-orietation programme gathering youth in your neigbourhood talking to them on developmental issues before you know it tou have started an NGO which may be founded by international donor making poverty a history
